With the exception of digital files, J and S Photography, Inc. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will make suitable arrangements to correct the problem. Including, but not limited to: replacement, exchange or refunds. In the case of digital files, they can not be refunded once the download is complete. If there are quality issues with the file including, but not limited to sharpness, color, brightness or minor touch-ups, we will be happy to make those corrections to the file and replace it for you.

Typographical and Photographical Errors
J and S Photography, Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on jandsphoto.net is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, J and S Photography, Inc. shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.
